This company has excellent customer services. The lady I dealt with is called Sally. When the tree arrived, the base was damaged so I wrote to them and they were very quick in responding to my queries and promptly posted another base. Tree looks very pretty and doesn't need any additional decorations. Please remember to spread out the branches gently so it looks fuller and as advertised. It comes in condensed packaging so branches are all struck together but by opening up the branches it looks very beautiful. I would highly recommend this product. The company gave me an additional goodwill discount for the inconvenience of the broken base. Thanks

Avoid the product cheap rubbish lights don't work , the base is a joke never been so let down , after spending 2 hours decorating it only to then find out the lights don't work , really upset my family just a awful experience

The basic assembly itself is super simple: just attach the three pieces together and secure them to the base. A quick plug-in at each section, and the tree comes to life. However, the most time-consuming—and oddly satisfying—task was unfolding and “fluffing” the branches out. This process transformed the tree from a compact bundle to a lush, realistic-looking centerpiece. I turned to a helpful YouTube tutorial for guidance. Clear instructions and tips on unfolding the branches ensured that I achieved the maximum fullness. Initially, I shared the concern raised in a review about the tree appearing “skinny” and “see-through.” But let me assure you, that worry dissipated once I meticulously adjusted each branch tip. Yes, straight out of the box, it might seem a tad sparse, but after some fluffing magic, it became a sight to behold. Even in its unadorned state, the tree exudes elegance, promising a festive canvas for our holiday ornaments and decorations. The eight lighting modes offer a variety of colors and lighting states combinations that create the perfect ambiance. Whether it’s a steady glow or a playful twinkle, the tree adapts to our desired mood. The only thing that would have made this better in my view I if it included a timer to set and forget. Nevertheless, the Asinse 6ft Prelit Artificial Hinged Christmas Tree has won our hearts, and I eagerly anticipate decorating it further.

The media could not be loaded. I am a short single mom, and I put it up by myself! The tree is absolutely gorgeous. The lights are spectacular. The quality is A+ and I am picky about this kind of stuff, but I don't even have the tree fluffed yet and it looks amazing! The frosted snow and pinecones look completely real. Here's a video that I recorded for my daughter and remember this is before it was fluffed! I just wanted to hurry up and get a comment in here in case anyone else is still looking for their holiday tree this year! I would've bought this for twice the amount!

I get that they were going to have to choose between labeling it 5’6” or 6ft, but the truth is this tree comes in at about 5’ 9 1/2” and we love it anyway. The stand is included with the tree, and counted as part of its total height so it’s not a situation of being in taller shoes. It is easy to assemble and disassemble, the branches fluff out quite a bit, and it looks pretty full on its own, without having added filler branches. You get a variety of lighting options with this tree, by pressing the button on the plug unit, you can switch it between different strobes, flash, fade, etc as well as a variety of color schemes like blue and green, red and gold, and all the colors at once, or switching between color, combos. What I wish it would do is retain the setting when you put the tree lights on a timer, so it will be blinking in the first mode, instead of what you had set it on. The tree has frosted tips, that are really pretty when lit on cold mornings. Overall I’m still very happy with the tree, but there are definitely things that could be improved.
