Haven't put it up yet, but the tree seems to be good quality, and attractive. Unfortunately it was not the size I ordered and it was too difficult for me to return. They have offered me a 20% refund if I keep it which I think is very fair.

So. Firstly, no locking pins included which immediately indicates low quality control. I bought it based on the photo, and it doesn’t look like that. Seriously, if any tree needs ‘fluffing’ by a professional tree fluffer for 90 minutes to look ok then you’ve got a problem with the tree. So straight out of the box my first impressions were awful. It looked bad. And no locking pins for the base. I’ve emailed the supplier, no reply as yet. Is it 5ft? It might be if you fully extend the top tip. I’m by no means a professional Christmas tree fluffer, but after 20-30 minutes arranging the branches, it’s not bad. As you can see from the photos it’s fairly full looking. It’s akin to comparing a photo of a burger in McDonalds to what you get. It’s not the 90 min professional fluffing effort in the main photo, but it’s not as awful as some have made out. Yes, it takes some effort to arrange (and I’m sure that it’ll be ok once decorated and stored again) but it does look passably like the tree in the original image.

Cheap crap! Only comes with 3 scres for the bottom of the tree instructions tell you to place each bit into each other and stand back and admire your tree but there is nothing to admite but a wonky tree top! No matter how much we tighten the screws till you cant the top wobbles because there is nothing to secure the middle and top part of the tree! Doesnt matter how level or secure the bottom is! Waste of money and nothing like photo
